Paramount pictures is set to buy major film producer dreamworks for a whopping 1.6B$. Dreamworks had high hopes for it's future, but those hopes appear to be shattered. Paramount wanted dreamworks archive of 59 films including "The Gladiator" and "American Beauty" This goes to show you that for the right price anything can be bought.
